Install WeProxy Manager for Firefox

WeProxy Manager is our official Firefox extension. Enter the proxy details from your customer panel, give each profile a label, and switch between lines using those labels. The steps below take a few minutes.

    Install WeProxy Manager

    Install the official WeProxy Manager extension from Firefox Add-ons. It lets you manage username/password-authenticated proxy profiles in the browser.

    Copy proxy details from the panel

    In your WeProxy customer panel, copy the proxy details you want to use (host, port, username, and password). Use the values shown for that line as they appear.

    Create a profile and set a label

    In WeProxy Manager, create a new profile, enter the proxy details from the panel, and choose a clear label. Create separate profiles with their own labels for different lines.

    Switch by label and test

    Enable the profile you need via its label, then visit httpbin.org/ip or api.ipify.org to confirm the exit IP comes from the correct WeProxy line.

Tips

  • Use clear labels for lines you switch often so you can pick the right profile quickly.
  • If you use multiple proxies, create one profile per line and switch between them by label.
  • Never leave credentials in client-side code or shared environments.
