This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") defines how WeProxy infrastructure may be used. By using our services you accept this Policy and the Terms of Service.

The Policy is updated regularly to protect network security, third-party rights, and the sustainability of the service.

• Web scraping, price monitoring, and market research
• Ad verification and brand-protection scans
• SEO tracking, SERP monitoring, and competitive analysis
• Automation tests, QA, and application performance monitoring
• Managing your own accounts or accounts for which you have explicit consent

The following uses lead to suspension or permanent closure of the account:

• Distribution of illegal content, fraud, or identity theft
• DDoS attacks, malware distribution, or network-scanning attacks
• Unauthorized account takeover, credit-card testing (carding), or spam
• Access to or distribution of content that exploits minors
• Harmful automation that violates the target platform’s terms of use

To keep the network stable we may limit request rate per target site. Unusually high volume, abnormal traffic toward a single target, or use that consumes disproportionate network resources may be throttled temporarily without notice.

If we have a reasonable suspicion that this Policy has been violated we may pause or permanently close your account without prior notice. For serious violations we reserve the right to cooperate with legal authorities.
